Construction | Ridgeview Place at Lake Chelan

Here we are in October!

We are now operating the vocational part of the project in the shop building, have hired a house parent, irrigation for the vineyard is in place and here are the latest photos of the home:

Cubbies for bins with gloves, boots, hats, etc. on the way to the laundry room. The row of coat hooks across from them are yet to be installed.

Each Owner/Resident room has its own bathroom, walk in closet, desk area, sitting area and television connection.

There are two options for floors and tile work in the Owner/Resident Bathrooms.

The showers are low entry so they can be converted for assisted wheelchair use and headers for rails are already in the walls.

The other tile/floor choice. Header for rails are around the toilets too.

Guest rooms, with bathrooms, for visitors, guests, family, etc.

There are 2 guest rooms for visiting family, interns, or invited guests.

The yet to be outfitted with equipment workout room.

So guests, visiting family, interns, etc. can do laundry without altering the regular routine.

This leads past the utility room and heated storage rooms to the office

Office and records area for the caregivers, care plans, etc.

And, More Progress…

We have lawn!

And, the working space is almost done:

These show the shop going up on the outside, final grading happening, etc. On the inside, finish electrical and plumbing are happening and final cleanup is in 2 weeks with furniture going in after that.

We should have an occupancy permit on the home in May. It is getting close and the shop will go quickly too.

The cabinets are all installed, trim is going in inside and flooring. There are lots of things coming together at this point in the construction.

1st of March Update on Ridgeview Place in Chelan!

There is lots of news on our Ridgeview Place project in Chelan!

Construction first, cabinets and flooring are going in inside and finish carpentry is getting started. The exterior siding is being completed and paint will start soon after that. The weather should soon cooperate to allow us to finish the slab for the shop area and dig in the sewer connection. It could have an occupancy permit in May! We are even ordering furniture.

This is turning into a home with incredible spaces in one of the most stunning settings in the country!

On other fronts, we have some interested families that we have started talking with about possibly participating in the project. We have drafts being done of the much of the associated paperwork.

The vocational side of the project is growing at an incredible pace and is on track to meeting our financial goals for it.

It is an exciting time for this project as it all begins to come together!!
